Singtel ICC is a postpaid International Calling service which gives you the freedom to call to anywhere in the world! Singtel ICC allows customers to:

- Call from Singapore (with a choice of premium 1898 or value-for-money 1892 service options)
- Call from overseas to Singapore
- Call from country to country (e.g. calling from UK to Japan)
- Call from any phone

The Singtel ICC mobile application removes the hassle of manually dialling the required access code (e.g. 1898), card number and PIN when you make an ICC call in Singapore or supported country overseas. With a one-time input of user information, customers can dial directly from the phone’s contact list with the mobile application.

The Singtel ICC mobile application has an intelligent contact list management system that allows users to make an ICC call directly from the phone’s contact list even if an international dialling prefix (such as “+”, “019”) is included in the contacts. This mobile application also appends “+65” to your Singapore contacts that does not contain an international dialling code.
